Activation and Installation
A standard install includes installation of a mast, or use of an existing TV mast on your premises. Where tree cover inhibits line of site to our network access points you may require installation of a external antenna and mount. If additional installation is required such as a larger mast or external antenna the cost for parts and labour will be at your expense. An approximation of an installer's rate is $88/hour inc GST plus parts.
Installation in the majority of cases will be made within 10 working days, however you should allow up to 28 days for installation in difficult circumstances.

Data Limit Calculations
Your total monthly data usage is determined by a combination of monthly download and upload data. If your upload data is greater than 25% of your download data, your total usage is the addition of both. If your upload data is less than 25% of your download data then your total monthly data usage is only your download data.
