1. Click on the “Start” button on the desktop, and then click on “Control Panel”

2. Double click on “Network Connections”

. Double click on “Local Area Connection”

4. Check the status of the connection. It should say “connected”.
If it says “not connected”, please re-check the connection of the equipment and your computer.
5. Click on the button “Properties”, then double click “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)”

6. Make sure all the settings look like the screen below.

7. Open you Internet browser (Internet Explorer), input “Http://www.broadbandanywhere.com.au” in your address bar to see whether you can get access the Internet.
8. If you get errors like “Page can not found”. Please redo 1 to 4, and then click on support.

Check whether you have an IP Address like 210.8.XXX.XXX or 192.168.XXX.XXX. (XXX can be any number).
If you can not get an IP address like
210.8.XXX.XXX or
192.168.XXX.XXX. (XXX can be any number),
please cycle the power of the wireless equipment supplied.
If you still have an IP addresss like 169.254.XXX.XXX or limited or no connectivity,
PLEASE CALL US FOR ASSISTANCE ON 1300 767 703.
If you have obtained the correct IP address, please check your Internet Explorer Settings.
1. Click on “Internet Explorer” .
2. Click on “Tools” then “Internet Options”.
3. Click on “Connections” from the pop-up dialog box. If you have any dial-up settings, please make sure the option “Dial whenever a network connection is not present” is active.
4. Click on “LAN settings”.
5. Make sure that all the settings look like the following screen.

6. Re-open your Internet Explorer.
