if the phone is unattended a message bank records the customer call and one of our customer service employees check messages and attend to any network issues or call back within the set hours or the next day.
Technical support only will be available over the Christmas period please call the above number for assistance. Any account enquiries will be attended to during official work days.
Please note that all efforts will be made to fix any network problems over the public holiday period in a prompt time frame and we ask all customers to be patient if there are network outages. Call outs to customer premises will only happen on the official work days.
Email Setup Details

Step 1: Go to E-mail account configuration

Select "E-mail Accounts" under Tools.
Step 2: Add a new E-mail account

When finished, click "Next".
Step 3: Select POP3 account

When finished, click "Next".
Step 4: Configure the account
Click on "More Settings" once you've filled out the above information.
Step 5: Enable SMTP Authentication (under the "more settings" area):

Click OK, you have now finished the set up of your email account.
